Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Service Position

Since opening in 2006, we’ve built a reputation for quality and integrity as a AAA-Certified Mechanical Repair Center, a NAPA Auto Care Center, and a proud member of Tire Pros — the nation’s largest network of elite independent tire dealers. We specialize in servicing Asian imports and American vehicles, and we’re looking for a motivated individual seeking a long-term career opportunity.

This position is currently part time, M-F from 11am to 6pm, with potential to be full time.
What We’re Looking For
- Honest and accountable

- Ability to confidently and accurately recommend vehicle services
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns and service needs
- Create accurate estimates and repair orders
- Coordinate technician scheduling, parts ordering, and repair timelines
- Communicate vehicle status updates and recommendations to customers
- Recommend beneficial maintenance and repair services when appropriate
