The Role
RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow
Technical Architect as we build our ServiceNow offerings. As the ServiceNow
Technical Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation
of ServiceNow solutions across our client base. The ideal candidate will have
deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong understanding of
building software systems, and the ability to translate business requirements
into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Design
and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with architecture standards
and business goals.
- Define
and maintain the ServiceNow architecture roadmap and ensure platform
scalability and performance.
- Lead
the technical design of solutions.
- Develop
and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Establish
and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct
code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and
security standards.
- Work
closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to
gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide
technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and
administrators.
- Oversee
platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Ensure
high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with data governance
policies.
- Stay
current with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommend
enhancements to improve platform capabilities.
- Drive
automation and digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
- 7
years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architect
or Lead Developer role.
- ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation
Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
- ServiceNow
Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Deep
understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency
in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience
with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong
problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent
communication skills with all levels of internal and client staff and
management.
- Ability to
effectively communicate and articulate with technical and non-technical
audiences.
