Skills
& Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information
Systems, or Network Administration
- A professional demeanor and strong customer
service/consulting/training skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in troubleshooting/repairing laptop
hardware
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows 11
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
(Including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 / Entra and
SharePoint preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision

The base pay
offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training,
location, certifications, and education. It is not typical for an individual to
be hired at or near the top of the range. Decisions will be determined on a
case-by-case basis. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000/year
to $65,000/year.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
