What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain commercial clients.
- Market and sell a wide range of commercial insurance products (property, casualty, liability, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and quoting to closing and servicing.
- Provide exceptional client service and long-term account management.
- Collaborate with your team to create innovative solutions that reflect our faith-based mission.
- Stay current on market trends, carrier updates, and industry changes.
- Represent Redman & Company at community and professional events.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license – Required
- 1 year of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and carrier markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service
- A proactive, motivated attitude and commitment to growth
