You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.
Hourly Base Rate: $20/hour unlimited commission

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
- Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
- Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
- Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
- Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
- Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
- Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
- Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location
- Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to proactively engage walk-up customers, explain plans and promotions clearly, handle objections, and build repeat-customer relationships
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to travel within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
