Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom retail and sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring goals
- Create and post engaging job ads on various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal channels
- Source candidates using multiple strategies including cold outreach, job fairs, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality
- Represent the company professionally at hiring events and recruiting fairs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in telecom, retail, or sales
- Proven success in high-volume hiring
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workable, ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
