Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative for our facility in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama area. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. You will represent Redline Welding’s services, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs while meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in in-person and over-the-phone sales, and New Business Development
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer viable solutions
- Ability to utilize and maintain a CRM system
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a pipeline of $10k per week
- Familiarity with welding or industrial solutions is a plus
- 1 years of sales experience is required
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Salary : $53,000 - $80,000
