We are an ADT Authorized Dealer, actively expanding across Missouri, and seeking motivated Sales & Installation Contractors to join us on a 1099 independent contractor basis.

You’ll be partnering with Redline Sales & Marketing LLC, based in Lone Jack, MO. Our ADT office is co-located inside our private classic car club on a stunning 17-acre property complete with a stocked pond for fishing. Position Overview
This is not a traditional W-2 job. It’s your opportunity to operate like your own business while representing one of the most trusted names in home security. You will sell ADT security, smart home, and automation solutions and perform professional installations yourself. Set your own schedule, choose your markets, and keep the majority of every sale you close and install.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new residential and small-business customers
- Design customized ADT security and smart-home solutions
- Perform clean, professional installations (cameras, panels, sensors, automation devices, etc.)
- Provide white-glove customer service and activation support
- Manage your own workload and growth — we provide marketing tools, leads, training, and back-office support
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in both sales AND installation (security, low-voltage, smart home, or related field)
- Ability to run your own van, tools, and schedule
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with the latest ADT equipment
- Missouri or Kansas residency preferred; willingness to travel within the state a plus
- Prior ADT, security, or home automation experience is a big advantage — but we will train motivated candidates
