About Us
Redline Rafting is Maui's premier ocean raft adventure , taking guests along some of the most breathtaking coastline in the world. We're building a YouTube presence that lets people discover us long before they ever land on the island, and we want a talented creator to help make that happen.
The Role
We're looking for a YouTube-focused content creator who can turn our tours into compelling, searchable videos that drive bookings for years to come. This isn't about chasing trends, it's about building evergreen content that finds new customers while we sleep. You'll shoot on and off the water, handle editing, and manage the full YouTube pipeline from concept to publish.
What You'll Do
- Shoot video content during tours and at key locations around Maui
- Edit and produce polished YouTube videos (5–15 min long-form content)
- Research and execute YouTube SEO ; titles, descriptions, tags, chapters
- Design compelling thumbnails that drive clicks
- Develop a content calendar with evergreen video concepts
- Monitor analytics and refine strategy based on what performs
- Optionally repurpose clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok
What we're looking for
- A YouTube portfolio , show us channels or videos you've produced
- Strong editing skills with retention in mind (not just aesthetics)
- Working knowledge of YouTube SEO and the algorithm
- Comfort designing thumbnails (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Physical comfort on the open ocean ; you'll be shooting on a moving raft
- Self-directed; able to pitch ideas and execute independently
- Familiarity with Maui and Hawaiian culture is a big plus
Details/Perks
Flexible hours, pay DOE, 1099 position, complimentary tours! Must live Maui.
