Redline Powersports has added five locations in less than five years and due to our ongoing growth we are seeking a high-octane Sales Manager to take the helm of our showroom floor at our Commonwealth, Virginia location.
If you have gas in your veins, a proven track record of closing deals in the powersports or automotive industry, and the leadership chops to build a winning team, we want YOU in our saddle.

What You Need:
- At least 3 years of management experience in powersports or similar industry with a stable career history.
- Demonstrated success in leading high performing sales team in a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, Deal desking, F&I workflow and CRM utilization
- Can commit and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Quality, Verifiable references.
- Ability to pass background / substance checks.
