Redline Powersports is an authorized dealer for Polaris, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Spyder, Indian Motorcycle, and CFMOTO, serving Augusta, Georgia, and the surrounding communities. We offer a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and UTVs.
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Augusta service department. The right person is organized, builds strong teams, and knows how to create a great customer experience while helping a department meet its goals. Apply online today.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, motivate, and develop service department employees.
- Coach Service Advisors on customer service, sales, and department profitability.
- Establish and support processes that improve technician efficiency and workflow.
- Monitor department KPIs, follow up on results, and work toward forecast goals.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Provide technical support to employees as needed.
- Inspect completed work to help ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and act on them.
- At least two years of management experience preferred.
- Ability to identify operational issues and develop effective corrective actions.
- Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Good judgment and professionalism when handling challenging situations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
