Door to Door Sales Representative

This is a full-time role for a Door to Door Sales Representative at Redline Pest Control. The role is on-site and located in Gilbert, AZ. The Door to Door Sales Representative will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our pest control solutions, and closing sales. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate sales records and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
