Front Desk Agent (Bilingual Preferred)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. A background in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
• Operate multi-line phone systems, managing calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with guest relations duties as required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred
• Strong hospitality management skills with an emphasis on guest services
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Proficient in using hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
