Job Overview

Redline Express Courier, Inc. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Package Delivery Driver to join its growing courier operations team. This position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of packages, documents, and priority shipments while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, parcels, and time-sensitive shipments to residential and commercial locations
• Follow designated delivery routes and ensure on-time service completion
• Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient transportation
• Verify shipment information and obtain delivery confirmations as required
• Utilize GPS systems and mobile delivery applications for route optimization
• Maintain accurate delivery records and shipment documentation
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow company safety guidelines and all applicable traffic laws
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve delivery-related issues professionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous courier, package delivery, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational, navigation, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery tracking technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
