Redline Express Car Wash is looking for a dependable, hands-on Team Lead to support daily operations, coach team members, and help maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate attendants during daily operations
- Assist with opening/closing duties and checklists
- Ensure the tunnel, lot, vacuums, and equipment areas are kept clean and safe
- Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns professionally
- Follow safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and equipment protocols
- Assist with training new hires and reinforcing expectations
- Support the GM/AGM with shift coverage and daily tasks
Requirements
- Previous leadership or shift lead experience (car wash preferred but not required)
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and able to lead by example
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Weekend availability required
