Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client accounts, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver custom solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also analyze market trends and provide insight to optimize business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in B2B sales and account management
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to vacuum chambers, engineering, and relevant industries such as aerospace, defense, or healthcare
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools
- Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in selling engineered or custom manufacturing solutions is a plus
