Customer Service / Sales Representative – Auto Parts (Full Time)

We are a growing auto parts business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves answering incoming sales calls, assisting customers with orders, handling email inquiries, and supporting daily office and shipping operations.

This is a fast-paced small business environment where you will work closely with other staff in both the office and warehouse.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
• Guaranteed $2.50/hour raise after 90 days
• Stable full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
• Long-term position with growth potential

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers placing orders
• Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
• Generate shipping labels and print invoices for outgoing orders
• Enter and process sales orders accurately
• Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments

Secondary Responsibilities

• Edit and complete eBay listing drafts (no experience required, training provided)
• General office tasks and administrative support
• Help maintain organized workflow in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable and punctual

Helpful but not required:

• E-commerce experience (eBay, online sales, etc.)
• Phone sales or customer service experience
• Automotive knowledge

Work Environment

This position is located in a working warehouse / office setting. The right candidate should be comfortable interacting with both office staff and warehouse employees throughout the day.
