Job Overview

The Front Desk Associate ensures every athlete, parent, and guest enjoys a positive, professional, and energetic experience from check-in to checkout. You’ll handle front-facing interactions, guide prospective families, and keep the facility organized and running smoothly.

This role offers weekday evening and Saturday morning hours, with optional additional hours available for special events, parties, and community activities. Expected pay is based on $10 generous commissions for every student enrolled.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet every athlete and family with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage check-ins for training sessions and events with accuracy and energy.
• Provide clear, friendly answers to questions about memberships, training programs, and schedules.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and explain program options confidently.
• Support membership growth through lead follow-up and on-site sales conversations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, athletes, and community members to foster retention and referrals.

Facility Presentation & Environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Ensure the lobby and training floor are always presentable and safe.
• Share light cleaning responsibilities (wiping down equipment, vacuuming, mopping, restroom checks).
• Create an energetic, motivating environment that reflects the Redline brand.

Team Support

• Assist coaches and managers with day-to-day facility operations.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth class flow and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas to improve the athlete and parent experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience (fitness, sports, or retail preferred).
• Exceptional people skills – approachable, friendly, and confident in conversations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for sports, health, and fitness.
• High energy level and positive attitude.
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must look, act, and live like a fitness professional – energetic, polished, and health-minded.

Projected Total Compensation: $10.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
