We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager who is passionate about leading successful projects, developing field teams, and delivering exceptional results.
This is not a "behind-the-desk" project management position. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, supporting crews, solving problems, coordinating with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (typically 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

What You'll Do:
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop field foremen and plumbing crews.
- Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.
- Assist with field layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing
- Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project specifications.
- Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with office staff, customers, and field personnel.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman running projects
- Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial plumbing systems
- Commercial plumbing project management experience - preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
