What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maternal Mental Health Program Manager position at Redlands Community Hospital?
In this role, you will work closely with mental health professionals and administrative staff to ensure our programs effectively address the mental health needs of our maternal-child patients and clients. The Program Manager will implement the curriculum provided by El Camino Health or other entity, tailoring it to align with our organization’s mission, values, and standards

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, counseling, or a related field required, master’s degree preferred
- Three to 5 years’ experience as a mental health program manager or similar role
- Experience in grant writing, budget management, and data analysis related to program outcomes
- Knowledge of mental health care, IOP and PHP practices and regulations
- Experience in program development and administration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills to identify, anticipate, and address potential issues in the program, thus ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to achieve common goals
- Ability to handle crisis situations with sensitivity and professionalism
- Certification in bereavement, Mental Health First Aid preferred
