What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVS Lead position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Reporting to the Manager, this position assists the Supervisor in maintaining a high-quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by training, supervising, and motivating the environmental services personnel to be sure all schedules are completed. Other duties as assigned .

- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience in a health care facility in a leadership role preferred.
