What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant position at Redlands Community Hospital - SPINE & JOINT 4100?
Registered Nurse New Graduate Application Accepted: January 12, 2026 - until maximum applications reached.
To be considered, NCLEX test date must be scheduled by January 31, 2026.
Program Start Date: March 10, 2026 (10-16 weeks must be available for didactics and clinical preceptorship no exceptions)
Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and according to established procedure, performs routine service duties and basic patient/resident care procedures necessary to provide comfort and safety of patients. In doing so, takes vital signs, assists patients with personal hygiene and feeds and ambulates patients/residents. Maintains patient/resident environment in a clean and orderly condition .

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- One-year experience in acute hospital setting preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification required (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 12/6/2025)
- Current CPR certification required.
- MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
