What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lift Team Tech position at Redlands Community Hospital - LIFT TEAM?
Reporting to the Director of Med/Surg and TCU and this position performs complex patient lifts and transfers, turns patients every two (2) hours that have been identified as being at risk for skin breakdown, restocks crash carts monthly and emergently following use in a code, fills stat supply orders and many other duties pertinent to clinical operations. Provides staff, patients, and family education regarding transfer techniques to be utilized in the post-patient hospital setting .

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
- Six months’ experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Successful completion of Lift Team Training Program (Through RCH) within 30 days of hire.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- CNA or EMT certificate preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- MAB certificate required within six months of hire.
Salary : $23 - $25
