Key Responsibilities
- Provide workforce support to underprivileged populations, including job search assistance and training
- Prepare professional resumes and offer interview coaching.
- Connect clients with local resources and community partners (e.g., Family Services Association,
- Participate in and support various workforce development projects for the general population and
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Attend meetings and outreach events as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; extroverted and outspoken. High level of
research, and general computer use.
- Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locally for meetings and client visits.
