We are currently hiring a Guest Relations Coordinator to manage the front desk and help lead the flow of the shop. This is not a passive receptionist role. It requires presence, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with confidence and professionalism
- Manage phones, reservations, and daily scheduling
- Support barbers and keep the day running on time
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payments
- Recommend services and retail products
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk
- Communicate clearly with team members throughout the day
- Handle guest concerns with maturity and problem-solving
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence with computers, booking systems, and POS
- Experience in hospitality, salon, or front-facing roles preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays
- Consistent, dependable scheduling required
