You in?Why You'll Love This RoleAs a T&E Manager, you will manage our global travel and expense operations and drive compliance, simplicity and employee experience across our global T&E program. You will focus on upholding policy standards and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of company travel spend.What you'll do: Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, managing the end-to-end expense review and accounting processOversee T&E policy management, spend controls, and budget administration within BrexProvide support and customer service to employees on expense and travel-related inquiriesAdminister and maintain T&E system (Brex), managing user access and technical configurationsWhat you'll need:5 years of experience managing corporate T&E programsStrong working knowledge of Brex Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platformsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumesStrong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionallyAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendationsDemonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.The estimated gross hourly rate for this contract role is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island.
