What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at Redicare?
We're building for growth.
The market opportunity is significant, the need for our solution is real, and we are investing in the people, systems, and support needed to scale. We're looking for a motivated, disciplined, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales team and help drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
This is an in-person, high-activity role for someone who thrives on outbound calls, stays organized under volume, and takes pride in creating real revenue opportunities. You'll work closely with marketing and sales leadership, using a growing stream of campaigns and content to support your outreach and open doors with prospective customers.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
We don't just want effort, we want outcomes. Success in this role comes from consistency, discipline, and a strong daily rhythm.
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This role is:
- High outbound activity and phone-heavy
- Metrics-driven with clear daily and weekly expectations
- Focused on creating real pipeline for the sales team
This role is not:
- A passive, inbound-only role
- A closing position (you are setting opportunities, not closing them)
- A low-activity environment
High outbound activity
You bring energy and urgency to each day, maintaining a consistent cadence of 75-100 outbound calls, along with emails, and follow-up across your assigned accounts and leads. You understand that strong activity drives a strong pipeline.
Qualified meetings created
Your primary focus is generating high-quality opportunities for the sales team by booking qualified meetings with prospective customers to generate real pipeline, not just calendar volume.
Persistent follow-up
You understand that most opportunities are not created on the first touch. You stay with prospects through 6-10 follow-ups and know how to remain professional, relevant, and persistent over time.
CRM discipline
You keep clean, accurate records and treat the CRM as a core part of the job. Notes are clear, follow-ups are scheduled, and pipeline activity is always up to date.
Strong collaboration with marketing and sales
You work closely with marketing to turn campaigns, content, and market activity into smart reasons to reach out. You also share frontline feedback that helps improve messaging and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts through outbound calling, email, and other sales engagement activity
- Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated interest in a timely manner
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM
- Manage a high-volume outreach cadence with consistency and attention to detail
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-first inside sales culture
The Professional Profile Driven and resilient
You are comfortable with high-volume outreach, rejection, and repetition. You stay motivated, keep going, and bring a positive attitude to the workplace.
Organized and detail-oriented
You value clean data, strong follow-up, and tight execution. You do not let tasks slip through the cracks.
Coachable and competitive
You want to improve, welcome feedback, and enjoy working toward clear goals and performance expectations.
Strong communicator
You are confident on the phone, clear in writing, and professional in every interaction.
Team-oriented
You know individual performance matters, but so does the success of the team. You share what's working and contribute to a strong culture.
