Redi Industrial Services is seeking motivated Hydro Blast Technicians to join our Salt Lake City team.Why Redi?Because this is a company where leaders still matter.Where your ideas won't disappear into bureaucracy.Where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of an organization with nearly four decades of history.Where you'll help build systems that future leaders will inherit.Most companies ask employees to maintain what already exists.We're asking you to help build what comes next.If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Hydro Blast Technician, you'll play a critical role in safely cleaning and maintaining industrial facilities and equipment.Responsibilities include:Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment safely and efficiently.Perform industrial cleaning of tanks, vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and other equipment.Assist with equipment setup, inspections, maintenance, and teardown.Follow all safety procedures, confined space requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.Complete required job documentation and equipment inspections.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Travel to customer job sites as needed.Perform physically demanding work in a variety of industrial environments and weather conditions.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous hydro blasting, industrial cleaning, construction, manufacturing, or labor experience.Strong commitment to safety.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required.Valid driver's license preferred.Ability to pass a pre-employment screeningsTWIC card is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).Why You'll Love Working HereAt Redi Industrial Services, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
