Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, fueling Redgate’s growth by qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is your gateway to a rewarding career in tech sales with a clear path to progression.
What You’ll Do
- Drive pipeline by engaging warm leads and strategic prospects.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Groove.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives in the AMER region.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and introducing solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to exceed goals and celebrate wins.
Must-Have
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a focus on influencing outcomes.
- A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Comfort with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, and Groove.
- Clear career path into Account Executive and beyond.
- World-class training in sales and technical knowledge.

- The salary on offer for this role is $55,000-$65,000 OTE , base paid as an hourly rate
