Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Shop Hand as needed for overtime. Day/project/part-time
Fabricator / Carpenter / Scenic - to join our scenic construction team. You’ll build high-quality custom scenery, sets, and experiential installations for events, corporate activations, and live productions.

Performance Objectives:
- Build and assemble custom scenic elements from drawings and technical specs-
- Operate wood shop and CNC machines to cut wood, acrylics, and composite materials
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD files accurately - even back of napkin as needed
- Work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastics, fabrics, graphics (PSV / SAV), paints, etc
- Perform precise woodworking, and finishing work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
Core Competencies:
- Strong background in carpentry and scenic fabrication
- Hands-on experience operating wood shop and CNC routers
- Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files
- Experience in event production, theater, or exhibit fabrication is a big plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience using AI technologies
