What You'll Do
- Proactively execute administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing mail, and calendaring appointments and court dates
- Efficiently organize documents for court filing and record keeping
- Professionally communicate with clients and other attorneys via phone, by email, and in person
- Conduct factual investigations and basic legal research to assist attorneys in the further handling of their cases
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
- Carry out each job duty with the utmost professionalism
- Team player that easily adapts to and works well with others
- Ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions
- Steadfast commitment to client service and professional excellence
- 5 Years Experience
