We're looking for a small number of fiercely driven, self-starting financial advisors in the Tulsa area who would rather bet on themselves than collect a salary. If you've been building someone else's firm, watching them keep most of what you earn, and wondering what you could do with a real platform behind you, keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build a book of business as a fee-based fiduciary advisor
- Prospect, win, and serve high-net-worth clients and business owners across the Tulsa metro
- Make Redemptive the most trusted wealth management name in Tulsa
- Show up in the community: chambers, churches, business groups, and CPA and attorney networks
- Meet clients virtually, at their places of business, or in professional settings
- Deliver thoughtful, long-term planning and portfolio management
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- You keep the majority: 60% to 80% of the advisory revenue you generate, and your payout rises as your book grows
- Firm-sourced opportunities: Tulsa-area leads from our in-house marketing and content engine, paid on a separate schedule
- Remote work: start fully remote and set your own schedule; as the Tulsa team grows, the role may shift to hybrid
- Modern infrastructure: custody, technology, compliance, and marketing support are handled, so you can focus on clients
- No cap, no ceiling, no bureaucracy: your results are yours
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Series 65 license required
- Based in the Tulsa area
- An established local network is a strong plus
- A self-starter with a proven ability to generate your own business a must
- Comfortable, even energized, working 100% commission
- Disciplined enough to thrive working remotely
- A fiduciary at heart who puts clients first without exception
- Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or business-owner advisory strongly preferred
- High character: people trust you, and they're right to
