Roof Sales Consultant/Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior roof inspections
- Identify storm damage and assess insurance-related repairs
- Educate homeowners with compassion and clarity
- Guide them through Redemption Roofing’s process with confidence and care
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and assist in scope reviews
- Close the contract and hand it off to our top-tier production team

Roof Sales Consultant/Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Confident, coachable, and resilient under pressure
- Excellent communicator with strong people skills
- Detailed, dependable, and a natural problem-solver
- Willing and able to climb roofs and perform inspections
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Roofing or insurance claims experience is a big plus—but not required
