Position Overview
The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for managing and expanding Alumni Services, supporting the admissions pipeline, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients entering and exiting care. This role is essential to our continued growth and works closely with clinical, outreach, and administrative teams to support long-term recovery and program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with current clients and support their connection to the alumni community.
- Run alumni support meetings and foster a recovery-focused, supportive environment for former clients.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate alumni events, community-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Represent The Healing Center at networking events, conferences, alumni gatherings, and community activities.
- Conduct consistent post-discharge follow-ups to measure outcomes, gather feedback, and promote long-term recovery success.
- Assist the admissions team with re-engaging former clients who may need to return to treatment, ensuring compassionate and timely communication.
- Manage and optimize CRM and call-tracking systems to ensure accurate data, timely follow-up, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in alumni services, admissions, or client-facing roles—preferably in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
- Deep commitment to helping individuals on the path to recovery.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Proficiency with CRM software and call-tracking programs (e.g., Salesforce, Dazos, KipuCRM, or similar).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Reliable transportation for off-site visits, outreach meetings, and networking events (if applicable).
