Field Marketing Representative

About the Role

Every member of the Redemption team strives to make a unique interaction between our patients, customers, and retail partners in support of sales execution and market growth. Primarily ensuring customer satisfaction and being personable by greeting guests and dispensary staff with a smile, our unique story and our mission, and making the customer/budtender feel comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities

·        Exemplifying the Redemption in-store experience.

·        Engage, educate, and inspire patients, customers, and staff as the face of Redemption with knowledgeable insights about our products, our mission, and our promotions.

·        Ensure the Redemption Cannabis brand inside the dispensary reflects our merchandising strategy and standards.

·        Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.

·        Can handle any situation with patience and professionalism.

·        Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Redemption products.

·        Being onsite for dispensary events and activations.

·        Set up booths, promotional stands, and stock promotional products.

·        Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.

·        Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.

·        Create a positive image and lead consumers to use Redemption products.

·        Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and additional marketing materials to source new sales opportunities.

·        Report on demonstration-related information, interest level, questions asked, and the number of swag/samples/flyers distributed.

·        Travel required.

·        Conduct Budtender education for the staff at each dispensary.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications

·        Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

·        Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and sit for long periods of time.

·        Cannabis Industry experience, preferred.

·        Ability to work in hot, cold, and humid conditions.

·        Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

·        Ability to multitask while following production schedules.

·        Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

·        Flexible schedule with some weekend availability.

·        Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

·        Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Self-motivated and team oriented.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.

·        Proficiency with or the ability to learn the organization’s management system.

·        Ability to learn computer systems.

·        Sales experience is desired but not required.
