Your Responsibilities to the Customer Excellence is built through repeatable, disciplined steps. We do not cut corners. Your standard workflow includes:

  • The Morning Standard (Preparation & Lot Walk): Start every day with intention. Maintain a pristine workstation and an up-to-date appointment board. Perform a comprehensive lot walk to memorize new arrivals, review recon statuses, learn key features of top sellers, and identify three specific vehicles to champion on social media.
  • The 15-Minute Mandate & Pipeline Generation: Execute a disciplined daily prospecting block—making 40 to 60 outbound calls, 20 texts, and 10 emails to leads, referrals, and past customers. You must respond to all new inquiries within 15 minutes, utilizing phone, text, and video walkaround tools to build immediate visual trust.
  • The Education Engine (Appointments & Execution): Confirm all same-day and next-day appointments, preparing the vehicles ahead of time. Perform thorough needs analyses, vehicle presentations, and test drives. You must ethically present value and financing options while protecting per-copy gross, serving as a financial guide rather than a high-pressure closer.
  • The Frictionless Close & Delivery: Structure deals, coordinate trade appraisals, and negotiate with transparency. You are responsible for completing the credit application process flawlessly and turning over a 100% clean deal jacket to the Finance team. At delivery, review features, take a celebratory photo (with permission), and secure the advocate review via QR link.
  • Continuous Growth & Self-Generation: Run personal pipeline reviews at the end of every day, scheduling next-step tasks in the CRM. Weekly, you will role-play objection handling, execute community outreach, and post at least 3 pieces of targeted content on social media to self-generate business

You are empowered to leverage our custom tools to structure deals and educate buyers, provided all actions strictly adhere to federal and state automotive lending laws (ECOA/TILA).
  • The Authority to Educate: You are empowered to prioritize a long-term relationship over a quick transaction. If a deal needs to be restructured to better fit a customer's long-term financial health, you have the authority to slow down, act as their guide, and ensure they leave with absolute peace of mind.


Our Standards (How we objectively define success)

For an automotive job board, we have simplified our standards to be clearly readable and focused on achievement:

GOOD (The Baseline) - Meeting Minimum Expectations

  • Customer Pipeline & Activity: Achieve 10-12 units sold per month. Consistently complete daily call volume, primarily utilizing dealership-provided leads.
  • Quality & The 7-Star Standard: Secure a minimum of 5 customer reviews monthly. Presentations are accurate but can lack the deep "Education Engine" approach.
  • Team & Operational Discipline: Maintain ≤1 paperwork error per month, with reliance on the Finance team for final checks.

GREAT (The Standard) - Exceeding Expectations

  • Customer Pipeline & Activity: Achieve 15 units sold per month. Execute 40-60 outbound calls daily with flawless tracking. Generate 3-5 sales monthly from a personal network.
  • Quality & The 7-Star Standard: Achieve a review capture rate of ≥50%. Proactively use video walkarounds to eliminate customer anxiety.
  • Team & Operational Discipline: Maintain 0 paperwork errors with flawless deal jackets. Proactively bring system and process improvements to ownership.


You May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the "Service Before Profits" mission and a realistic assessment of how to ethically guide customers through major financial decisions.
  • Possess strong technological aptitude, including CRM platforms, DMS/desking software, and inventory tracking tools.
  • Have a proven track record of consistently executing high-activity sales processes and generating appointments.
  • Operational Requirements: Possess a valid state driver’s license, an insurable driving record, and the physical capability to walk the lot, stand for extended periods, and operate vehicles safely in the Florida climate (ADA/BFOQ compliance).

Strong Candidates May Also:

  • Be experimental and open to new, creative prospecting ideas, including leveraging social media platforms for brand building.
  • Have experience handling subprime financing, trade appraisal coordination, and complex negotiations.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) Range: $75,000—$120,000 USD (Performance-Based / Uncapped). This range satisfies job board algorithms while accurately reflecting base commission potential.
  • Location & Schedule: Largo, Florida. This is a 100% on-site role requiring a daily floor and lot presence (approx. 40-45 hours/week). Dealership hours require schedule flexibility, including weekends, to ensure we are available when our customers need us.
