RedefineU Media is hiring a Lead Videographer / Editor in Charlotte, NC.

$70,000–$90,000 based on experience
This is not an entry-level creator position. We are looking for someone with real commercial production experience who can confidently lead shoots, operate independently, and deliver polished work at a high level.
Our work focuses heavily in luxury multifamily, architecture, hospitality, corporate branding, and social campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands how to create elevated, intentional visuals, not just shoot content.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading video productions from setup through delivery
• Operating cinema cameras, lighting, audio, and gimbal systems confidently
• Directing talent and managing shoot flow on location
• Editing social content and polished lifestyle/campaign pieces
• Maintaining a high creative standard across all deliverables
• Working directly with clients and representing the company professionally on set
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong commercial portfolio required
• 3 years of professional videography/editing experience preferred
• Experience with luxury brands, apartments, hospitality, events, or corporate work is a major plus
• Advanced understanding of lighting, composition, movement, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication and professionalism with clients and team members
• Must be highly self-sufficient and dependable
This role is for someone who already knows how productions run and can step into a lead creative role immediately.
Some travel will be required.
Charlotte, NC only (or relocating very soon).
Full-time. Compensation based on experience and portfolio quality 70-90k range
