Redefine Mental Health & Wellness is a growing, privately owned mental health practice in Hastings, Minnesota. We believe patients deserve more than a quick medication check. We are looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team.
We are seeking a provider with 2 years of psychiatric prescribing experience, but we are also excited to consider a new graduate PMHNP who is highly motivated, clinically curious, receptive to mentorship, and committed to becoming an exceptional psychiatric provider.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop individualized treatment plans with patients
- Monitor treatment response and adjust medications thoughtfully
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in TMS and Spravato services as appropriate
- Provide patient education and evidence-based psychiatric care
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Help contribute to the continued growth and development of Redefine Mental Health & Wellness
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a licensed or license-eligible PMHNP in Minnesota
- Is board certified or eligible for PMHNP-BC certification
- Has 2 years of psychiatric prescribing experience OR is a strong new graduate
- Is comfortable treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions
- Values thoughtful assessment and individualized treatment
- Believes medication is one tool—not the entire treatment plan
- Enjoys collaborating with therapists and other providers
- Is compassionate, curious, and committed to continued learning
- Communicates well with patients and colleagues
- Is willing to work in person in Hastings 4 days per week
Experience with TMS, Spravato, ADHD, treatment-resistant depression, or private practice is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
$70–$120 per hour | W-2
Compensation is based on clinical experience, patient volume, and measurable productivity/performance metrics, with opportunities to increase compensation as you grow your practice and contribute to the success of Redefine Mental Health & Wellness.
Schedule & Benefits:
- 4 days per week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
