Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Title Duties (not Limited To)
- Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures
- Serve as the OR Circulator, ensuring patient safety and advocacy at all times
- Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and sterility
- Perform pre-operative assessments, including IV insertion, vital signs, medication administration, and medical history documentation
- Monitor patients throughout procedures in collaboration with physicians, anesthesia, and procedural staff
- Accurately document procedural events in SIS EMR
- Provide post-procedure monitoring, patient education, and discharge instructions
- Communicate patient status updates to family members as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain procedure room readiness and oversee patient, staff, and vendor traffic to reduce infection risk
- Respect patient rights to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in: Operating Room, Procedure Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or similar procedural setting
- Required: Active NJ RN license, BLS
- Preferred: ACLS
