The Certified Medical Assistant will support providers by preparing documentation, assisting with patient care tasks, and managing clinical workflows to ensure efficient and compassionate service. Salary/Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 38-40 hours per week

Job Title Duties (not Limited To)
- Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments.
- Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, and plans as instructed by provider).
- Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.)
- Respond to patient calls and inquiries.
- Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries.
- Any and all other tasks as directed by providers.
- Certified Medical Assistant with minimum 2 years’ experience; Orthopedic experience a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology; musculoskeletal/neuro/psych a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
