Redefine Facility Cleaning is a local business based in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Project Cleaner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job well, and can work independently without direct supervision.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, some weekends
Shifts: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: Starts at $18/hour
Location: Asheville, NC, 28803

Responsibilities:
- Perform specialized floor care services including VCT floor maintenance, tile and grout cleaning, and carpet cleaning
- Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers and other cleaning machines
- Complete project-based cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
- Maintain equipment and supplies for each job site
- Travel between job locations as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and self-discipline
- Comfortable performing physical work and operating cleaning equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work evening/night hours
- Clean background and drug screen
Bonus (Not Required but a Big Plus):
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Previous experience with floor care equipment, carpet cleaning, or commercial cleaning
