Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on shift & schedule)
- Day & Evening Shifts: $17.00/hr
- Overnight (3rd Shift) & Floor Techs: $18.00/hr
- Weekend Shifts (Starts Fri 3:00 PM): $19.00/hr

Redefine Facility Cleaning is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented EVS Housekeepers to join our team at Mission Hospital. In this role, your work directly protects patient health, supports medical staff, and keeps our community safe.
No prior healthcare cleaning experience? No problem! We provide 100% paid on-site training.
Flexible Scheduling Options
We offer multiple shift times and flexible weekly schedules (Full-time, Part-time 2–4 days/week, or Weekend-Only):
Available Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM OR 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift (Overnight): 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Weekend-Only Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Sat & Sun)
Schedule Choices:
- Mon–Fri with rotating weekends
- Part-Time (3–4 days/week, e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri)
- Weekends Only (Sat & Sun)
Choose Your Role
We have multiple entry points depending on your preferences:
- Discharge Tech: Clean and sanitize patient rooms after discharge to prepare them for incoming patients.
- Emergency Department Tech: Maintain high-standard cleanliness in the fast-paced ED.
- Floor Tech: Operate floor machines, vacuum, and mop key hospital corridors.
- Porter: Manage waste removal and general hospital recycling rounds.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect patient rooms, nursing stations, restrooms, and common areas using hospital-grade standards.
- Restock hand sanitizer, paper towels, soap, and other essential supplies.
- Provide a warm, compassionate presence for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
