Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote literacy, math, and social skills.
Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure their safety at all times.
Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies aligned with educational regulations.
Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster strong home-school connections.
Utilize educational technologies such as computers and learning software to enhance instructional activities.
Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt lessons for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Requirements
Previous experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings is highly preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom behavior management techniques.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to perform child supervision duties diligently while maintaining a lively and positive classroom atmosphere.
First aid and CPR certification are required or obtainable upon hire to ensure safety in emergency situations.
Proficiency in using computers for educational purposes and familiarity with childcare documentation practices.
