SUMMARY OF JOB
A Sleep Center Technologist is responsible for:
1. Performing daytime and overnight polysomnographic monitoring on adult and pediatric patients.
2. Perform MSLT/ MWT
3. Perform PAP and oxygen titrations
4. Setup and download of portable monitoring devices
5. Perform staging and scoring as necessary

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
· Registered Polysomnographic Technologist ( RPSGT)
-OR-
· Graduate of an AMA approved school for Sleep Technology or Respiratory Therapy AND
a) enrolled in or completed the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules OR
b) enrolled in or completed a CAAHEP accredited sleep technology training program,
or electroneurodiagnostic (END) program, or respiratory therapy add-on track for
sleep technology.
· At least one year experience in polysomnographic monitoring preferred.
· Ability to work various shifts when required.
. Current CPR or BLS certification
