SUMMARY OF JOB
Provides cleaning, disinfecting, floor care restoration, carpet care, moving, and other detail project services utilizing specialized housekeeping chemicals, equipment and supplies as directed by supervisor.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years related experience preferred
- Detail oriented while working as an individual or as part of a project team
- Knowledge of Floor Scrubbing, Stripping & Refinishing
- Knowledge of Carpet extraction, bonneting, stain removal and regular Environmental Services cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of general cleaning techniques
- Ability to communicate and understand the English Language
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to follow cleaning chemical instructions, proper dilutions and usage
- Requires bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities and routines
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility and flexibility
