The  Cyber Security Analyst  will work with RH internal and external entities to assist with the Security Architecture Assessment, Auditing and Planning of internal IT security controls for the identification of critical information, analysis of threats, analysis of vulnerabilities, assessment of risks, and application of countermeasures, and policy recommendations. The position will maintain and support  HRHS security software and systems.

Please note: This is a hybrid role with in-office requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED if candidate has less than 7 years of relevant work experience, with minimum 5 years experience in healthcare environment. Experience should include security policy development. Security education, network penetration testing, application vulnerability assessment, risk analysis and compliance testing.
• Proven working knowledge of common firewall services and networking TCP/IP protocol suite, addressing, etc. (REQUIRED)
• 3yrs Experience with IT Security functions (REQUIRED)
• 3yrs Experience with Computer Forensics technology (Preferred)
• 3yrs Experience with Structured Cabling, UPS, and other network facility equipment (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work according to plan, and with limited supervision (REQUIRED)
• Flexible working hours for IT Security support (REQUIRED)

• Demonstrated experience in security systems and software in a healthcare environment.
• Proven abilities to work on I.T. teams and a track record in implementing and upgrading software that will provide value to the customer base.
•  Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the I.T. and user community.
•  Must be willing to enthusiastically embrace all key organizational initiatives.
