OVERVIEW
SUMMARY OF JOB
Responsible for coordination and management of branch office. Accepts and manages new referrals. Schedules appropriate staff to provide service to clients. Maintains patient charts, office supplies and equipment. Responsible for payroll and billing processes.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Customer Service and office experience
- Scheduling experience is preferred
- Computer literacy
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people
- Sound judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
