Position Overview

DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities and community engagement while promoting independence and safety.

Services typically include:

• Personal care assistance
• Light homemaking and household support
• Community outings and appointments
• Safe and reliable transportation
• Encouraging social engagement and independent living skills

Typical schedules average around 30 hours per week.
Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Requirements of Redeemed Care

Applicants must:

• Be willing and able to pass a background check
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Be caring, patient, and compassionate
• Be comfortable staying active in community settings
• Be willing to follow care plans and documentation requirements
• Have strong communication skills

Caregiving or human services experience is helpful but not required.
We will train the right candidate.
