Redeem House, Inc. is seeking an energetic and compassionate Part-Time Contractual LCSW-C or LCPC to join our newly CARF-accredited outpatient behavioral health program.
The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counseling services for adults with mental health and substance use disorders both in-person and telehealth settings. This position offers a Monday - Wednesday schedule with the opportunity to help shape a recovery-focused program from the ground up. As well as, the opportunity for growth into Clinical Director role as program expands.
The position offers opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services while helping build a client-centered, recovery-oriented practice. Services include individual counseling, group facilitation, treatment planning and telehealth for adults only.
Responsibilities:
-Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
-Facilitate and help engaging group counseling sessions
-Provide individual counseling services
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-Callaborate with peer recovery support staff
Qualifications:
-Active Maryland License
-Experience working with mental health and/or substance use disorders preferred
-Strong group facilitation and clinical documentation skills
