POSITION PURPOSE:
The DOT Compliance Generalist is responsible for assisting in the administering of Reddy Ice fleet safety programs, including compliance with DOT requirements. This position assists in developing and is to be a champion in fostering a culture of fleet safety. Strategically deploys and processes actionable data from safety telematics, helps to achieve FMCSA Compliance through coaching; training and assists operations as well as other team members in developing a team of fleet safety leaders. This role is also responsible for administering the post-accident DOT drug and alcohol testing process.
